Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ramakra Toys! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns on products that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.2 Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ramakra.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number inside the package.
  • Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

1.3 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

2. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@ramakra.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund as per your preference after inspecting the returned product.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return upon receiving the items.
